My third visit was today. Dr Taylor once again showed great skill, and patience. I’ve got Neanderthal back teeth. The roots are really beasts. Dr Taylor got this one out just like the first one two weeks ago. Using his skills, and calm demeanor. He had them out with no pain to me. I really like this guy and you will too!

When Doctor Taylor came in and greeted me I knew where the staff had learned how to care about people. As someone who needs Novocain at the thought of a visit to the dentist, I have to say they bend over backwards to make sure I feel safe and heard. People who grow up w/o access to proper care tend to deal with long term and embarrassing issues. Finding a dentist who cares about your dignity as well as your health makes life easier. They are all fantastic 🙂

I needed a broken crown removed and a temporary one in place until a permanent one is ready in 2 wks. Everything was clearly explained that was needed and as the process progressed. Dr. Wagner and the hygienist both were kind ,and saw that this went as painlessly and swiftly as possible. A pillow and blanket added to my comfort!! Thank you both for making this as easy on me as possible.

I had a filling fall out 3 days before leaving for vacation, my regular dentist was booked out for a week, so I called this office not expecting to get in at all. They told me they were also booked but the receptionist would check with the doctor and call back. She called back in less than 15 minutes and told me to be there in a hour!! They were SO nice and understanding and the whole process was quick and painless. I went ahead and scheduled my annual cleaning for after vacation and will be switching to this office! HIGHLY recommend this office!

Very professional, prompt, caring and basically pain-free. I have a hesitancy in going to a dentist but with Dr. Taylor I have had very such great experiences under his care that I almost look forward to going to the dentist now. The staff is absolutely incredible. And if you have an appointment the office is always very prompt in getting you to the back to see whomever you have the appointment with.

Every time I visit here, I have a great experience - especially for a dentist! Dr. Wagner is pleasant to talk with, and she does a great job explaining what she's doing and why. The hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean, modern, and quiet. Appointments always begin on time, and they get you in and on your way quickly. Finally, when I had a concerning toothache, they were able to get me in same day which was a complete lifesaver!

I had a crown break over the weekend when I called the on-call number, my call was promptly returned by Dr. Wagner. After explaining the situation, she asked if I could come in first thing Monday. She was very concerned with me being out of pain more than with anything else. While under her care that morning she made sure I felt nothing and was full of compassion. I can't say enough about her and her staff! All wonderful people.

Dr. Wagner and her team are the absolute best! I literally have a phobia of going to the dentist and would almost pass out each time I went. But from my first visit this has never happened. The entire staff, specifically, Dr. Katie Wagner, her assistant Misti Vickery, dental hygienist Kara Rolland, and the front desk women are incredible. I have anxiety when it comes to dental work. This is the only place I have gone that I felt comfortable, my opinion and concerns were heard and validated, and never treated as “just another patient.” They make you feel special, remember the little personal things you talked about 6 months before, and if you see any of them in public, including the dentists, they acknowledge and remember you, which says a lot about how they view their patients! I recommend them to everyone I know! Dr. Wagner has went out of her way to help with the financial burden of procedures and Misti and Kara have always worked with my schooling schedule and time to ensure I get in even when that alone is a huge hassle. Could not recommend this place enough!! Go see them!

I was looking for dentistry that care about the patients well being as well as just the teeth, and I think I found just that. Everyone there is so friendly and caring. I think I talked them all to death( lol), they made me feel right at home, we talked about family, Covic and lots more. My dentist was so straight and to the point, he talked me through everything. The entire team is friendly and welcoming. In the past, a trip to the dentist has been traumatizing and something I would avoid as long as possible; my experience with Taylor-Wagner Family Dentistry was refreshingly stress-free. I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore!Also, the prices are very reasonable and they have a great promotion for new patients. I don't have insurance but they are upfront and honest about the costs and what are your best options.

Dr. Bruce Taylor has been my dentist for 20 plus years. The service provided has always been professional with a warm greeting from the staff. I have had several incidents where immediate care was needed and Dr. Taylor answered the call. I received care in service by several dentist that had to give me an injection before the procedure. The pain was terrible but Dr. Taylor is the best at giving the injection before a procedure. No Pain! I would refer Taylor -Wagner Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a professional, friendly, and family dentist.

I am a new patient, thanks to the recommendation of my daughter. She said Dr Wagner is a “ pain-free”, awesome Dentist. I had not been to a Dentist in years,( no insurance). Thankfully, I now have insurance and had my first appointment this week! Dr Wagner’s Hygienist cleaned my teeth, she was awesome and gentle! I love Taylor-Wagner Family Dentistry because they are very personable. I have to go every six months and I’m a new patient seeing them for the second time. The receptionist knew me as soon as I walked in. I went in 20 minutes before my appointment and they got me right on in with about three minutes wait time. I love the friendliness of the staff. My family loves Dr. Wagner. We have been patients of her's for about 9 yrs. My husband has more dental issues than I, and is totally happy with all of the work that she has done for him. I just get my teeth cleaned and checked, but Dr. Wagner is very nice; takes time to visit and address any concerns that one may have. We wouldn't go to anyone else.

Great experience. I normally am scared to death of the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable. The place is so homey, I would definitely recommend anyone it to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I need extra work done on one of my teeth, and a lady named Lindsay called two different specialists to try and help me with an appointment. I've been having some problems with my wisdom tooth for a couple of days, called early in the morning and they got me in within a couple of hours!! Dr. Wagner came in and assessed my tooth, and immediately had the receptionist call an oral surgeon to schedule an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out! I’ve never waited more than fifteen minutes before being taken back. Everyone is nice, and they have always done their best to adjust to my shifting work schedule. They are by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. They got me in the very same day I called when I had a broken tooth that was causing extreme discomfort. After the last Dentist I went too, my teeth hurt for about 6 months. I started going to Taylor-Wagner and I have a wonderful experience. My teeth come out clean and they don't hurt. They are very friendly and they take the time to talk to you and not just rush you out the door. I would definitely recommend going here.

I called yesterday about needing a filling done and Botox as well. They were able to get me in this morning and do everything in one trip. Dr. Wagner and Misti were so awesome and made me feel right at home during the numbing process of the filling, and then because I have never had Botox done before they explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make my whole experience a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Wagner if you are looking for a dentist! I know that I will be a patient here for life 🙂
